Dr. Veton Këpuska, Senior Development Specialist


Dr. Këpuska received his PhD degree from Clemson University in 1990 in the area of Speech Recognition and Neural Networks. He has completed Post-Doctorial research at ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) in Zurich in the area of image understanding from 1990 until 1993. Over the next 10 years, he worked in R&D, developing state of the art Speech Recognition technology in various start-up companies. Since 2003, he has served as an Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology. He is the inventor of Wake-Up-Word Speech Recognition technology. His objective is to develop intelligent machine systems.
